Receptionist
You welcome customers, clarify their orders and keep the garment intake process organised.
Your tasks
- Welcome customers and check the condition of their items.
- Issue receipts and explain the results customers can expect.
- Take payments and handle till transactions accurately.
What we look for
- Clear communication and attentive listening.
- Accuracy with records and calculations, and a sense of responsibility.
- Teamwork and a willingness to learn; reception experience is welcome.
Cleaning technologist
You choose care methods to suit materials and stains, taking responsibility for cleaning results.
Your tasks
- Identify materials and stain types.
- Choose suitable methods and products, and set programme parameters.
- Check cleaning results and take responsibility for quality.
What we look for
- An interest in materials and stains, and a willingness to learn.
- Precision and responsibility for the results of your work.
- The ability to work in a team; relevant experience is welcome.
Presser (finishing)
You shape garments and complete their finish, paying attention to collars, cuffs and seams.
Your tasks
- Shape garments using steam and air finishing equipment.
- Press collars, cuffs and seam lines with care.
- Hand-press delicate fabrics using methods suited to the material.
What we look for
- Attention to fine details and careful handwork.
- A willingness to learn correct equipment use.
- A collaborative approach; pressing experience is welcome.
Colour restoration dyer
You match colours on leather and suede, focusing on even coverage and a careful finish.
Your tasks
- Match colours on leather and suede, testing before application.
- Apply pigment evenly by spraying.
- Apply a protective finish and check the result.
What we look for
- The ability to distinguish shades and notice details.
- Patience, precision and a willingness to learn safe working methods.
- Teamwork; experience with leather and suede is welcome.
Packer
You check finished items, pack them with care and prepare complete orders for collection.
Your tasks
- Inspect items against the final checklist.
- Pack each item carefully using a suitable method.
- Assemble complete orders, check labels and prepare them for collection.
What we look for
- Attention to detail and care when handling items.
- The ability to sort orders accurately and work with a team.
- A willingness to learn; packing experience is welcome.
