About DryWash

We start with a careful inspection.

We check materials and damage, then discuss restoration options with you.

Who we are

At DryWash, we draw on NovaX’s experience.

We founded DryWash in 2024 as a brand of the NovaX Industry group. Our work draws on the experience NovaX, founded in 2009, has gained in its shops and in the dry cleaning and dyeing businesses it has set up. We choose equipment to suit the garment’s material and the task. After inspection, we explain the cleaning and restoration options.

We draw on NovaX’s expertise in choosing technology and equipment. NovaX trains our team to operate equipment, select stain treatments and inspect garments when taking in orders.

Our work supports our position

We’re first in dry cleaning.

NovaX trains our team in equipment and stain treatment products.

  1. 01

    We study technology worldwide

We draw on knowledge our founder gained by studying the industry on site around the world. Through NovaX, we continually monitor the equipment and cleaning chemicals market.

  2. 02

    We use the latest equipment

We are the newest business set up by NovaX. Among those businesses, we therefore use the latest technology and the most advanced equipment.

  3. 03

We spend weeks on a single stain

We don’t simply return a difficult stain as “unremovable”. We work on it in stages over weeks, using different products and methods. We explain the chances of removal first and assess the result with you.

  4. 04

We don’t judge results by cost

Sometimes we charge 80 ₼ for shoe restoration but spend over 2000 ₼ on materials and labour. We don’t measure results in money: restoring the item matters more to us.

We inspect before choosing a method.

We check the item’s material, shape and damage. We discuss your expectations and choose a suitable method. During treatment, we monitor how the material reacts and check the result before return.

We explain every stage.

  • We inspect together

We inspect stains and damage on your garment with you.

  • We explain the outcome

We explain likely results, marks that may remain and the risks.

  • We check it

We check the result before returning your item.

Equipment and technology

We match settings to the garment.

With equipment supplied through NovaX, we adjust cleaning and finishing settings to suit the fabric. We list all our equipment and products on the technology page.

All equipment and products

We assess restoration options.

Before dyeing textiles, we assess the fibres and existing dye. Fabric, sewing thread and lining may absorb dye differently. We don’t promise an even shade. We quote separately for restoring seams, lining, buttons, leather details, scratches and worn edges.
