    Work done

    We test a hidden area, then clean and prepare the surface. We apply a suitable pigment in thin layers and finish with a protective coat.

    Result limits

    We restore colour; cracks and loss of shape need a separate assessment.

    We clean the suede using a suitable method. We treat stains separately and lift the flattened nap. We don’t use a press.

    Result limits

    We lift flattened nap; we can’t restore nap that has been burnt or cut away.

    We treat the grease stain with a suitable product on the spotting table. We check the care label and, where suitable, clean the coat with solvent and reshape it.

    Result limits

    We explain the chances of removal beforehand; old grease stains may not come out fully.
